1. The service

JobFoundry provides AI-powered tools to analyse CVs, match jobs, optimise LinkedIn profiles, prepare for interviews, and track applications. Outputs are guidance and decision support - you remain responsible for what you submit to employers.

2. Account

You must be 16 or older. Keep your credentials confidential. One person per account.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not upload other people's CVs without their consent.
• Do not use the service to harass, deceive employers, or violate the law.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service.

4. Plans & payment

Free and Pro plans are offered. Pro is billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund rights under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations apply where the cancellation period has not been waived by use.

5. AI outputs

AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. You must review and edit them before relying on them in any application or interview.

6. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train third-party models.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Privacy settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
